This ground floor Villa provides spacious and comfortable open-plan living, with a kitchen that has been fully equipped with everything needed. The Lounge featuring a TV with DStv and DVD, it also leads to a patio that overlooks the garden and has an built-in Charcoal braai. Air-conditioning in the living area, and gorgeous views of the golf course. This Villa has it's own golf cart and has been equipped with WI-FI too. The Master Bedroom has an queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have two Twin bed and share a full bathroom. * Amenities etc. toile
For the individual that prefers to spent time on the beach and in the sun, the estate has direct access to two of the most magnificent blue flag beaches on the South Coast.
The Lagoon Spa (Your World of Wellness) is situated on the Estate for the comfort of the guests. Please do not miss out of this facility.
For the serious golfer there is an 18 hole championship golf course available and for the more social golfer, a nine hole mashie course. Both these facilities are always in an immaculate condition.
One of our highest priorities is the health, safety, and security of our guests. COVID-19 has fundamentally changed the way we live. The in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol was created to ensure your safety.

Payment Information:
In addition to your accommodation charges, please be aware of the following fees: R1500 Refundable Breakage Deposit + R600 Admin Fee
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation within 7 days of booking.
The outstanding balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
Note: We do not accept cash on the estate.
Estate Access :
Vehicle entry permit will be deducted from Breakage Deposit : R20 per day per vehicle for the first 3 days .
Ensure you have a valid car and driver's license to enter the Estate .
Please note that you will not be granted access to the estate until your account is paid in FULL.
We require FICA documentation to grant access to the Estate:
• Proof of residence
• Copy of ID
• Bank Stamped Bank Details for refundable breakage deposit.
Pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays in the check-in process .
Acknowledgements:
* Guests to bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwashing tablets if your villa has a dishwasher.
* A starter pack is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished : soap , toilet paper and dishwashing liquid .
* Late Departure: A fee of R400 will be deducted from your breakage deposit if you depart after 10 am.
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in villas. A R1000 fine will be levied for any violations.
* No Overcrowding: Exceeding the villa's maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees.
* Monkeys: Lock all doors and windows before leaving your villa to prevent monkey access.
* Refundable Breakage Deposit: Guests are required to check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
* All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
* Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the R1500 breakage deposit and replaced at the guest's expense. * If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, clients must cover the difference within 30 days after departure.
* We reserve the right to cancel any letting due to damage or disturbance.
* No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the estate.
* Liability: We accept no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, limitations, travel restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.
* Emergency Cancellation: Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with appropriate proof submitted to VR management.
* Daily service between 08:00-14:00. Towels are changed every 2nd day only and linen every 5th day ( Standard Villas do not receive daily services, only a linen and a towel change every 5th day ).
