Offering a blend of comfort and affordability, the Surfhostel consists of 2 houses with a choice of comfortably furnished en-suite and dorm rooms and 2 apartments on the same spacious plot.
All rooms and units are furnished with comfortable beds with quality linens. Personal safes, lockers and Wi-Fi are available, even during loadshedding, and the units are serviced daily.
Each house has a communal area with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. Every guest can use all communal facilities, except in the off-season when the smaller house is rented out as a unit. The private apartments have separate entrances with a kitchen and garden.

Other communal areas include the famous pool party bar, a foosball table, and various chill areas. Dedicated kite and board storage is available, and guests can join a yoga class. Six parking bays are available behind the gates, but off-street parking is available right in front of the hostel and is monitored by community security.
